Covid-19 Procedures

The Bellevue Berry Farm believes that public safety is paramount. In order to create the safest environment possible during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented the following procedures:

-All employees, vendors, and other persons handling food or beverages in any way are required to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth, as well as gloves, at all times; gloves must be replaced after every possible contamination, including handling currency or any unsanitized object or surface.

-All employees, event staff, and vendors are required to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth at all times.

-Patrons must wear a mask covering the nose and mouth at all times, except when sitting in the food and beverage areas. For the safety of staff and patrons, please wear your mask while ordering food. Children who cannot wear a mask due to young age or disability are exempt.

-Seating in the foodservice areas has been reduced and spaced out per health department guidelines.

-Social distancing has been implemented, including limitations on the number of people permitted inside vendor buildings at a time. Reminder signs will be posted during the event.

-All contact surfaces, including doorknobs, bathroom counters and sinks, are thoroughly sanitized before the gates open and regularly throughout the day.

-A new ticket refund policy. If you have a fever or any other COVID-19 symptoms or have had contact with anyone with any COVID-19 symptoms within two weeks of the event, we ask that you do not attend. As such, tickets purchased in advance are fully refundable in the event of illness or exposure. Please note that refund requests must be received by email by 10:00 AM on the day they are valid for in order to qualify for refund. Entry purchased at the gate is not eligible for refund. Refund requests may be sent to contact@piratesandpeasants.com

-Cast members will maintain at least six feet of distance from patrons – photos may still be taken with cast members, but social distancing will be maintained.
