Vendor Fees
Space up to 15’x15′: $120 (Discounted to $95 if paid by August 14, 2020)
Building: $150 (Discounted to $125 if paid by August 14, 2020)
Default vendor spots are 10’x10′ – spaces up to 15’x15′ are available at no extra charge. Buildings vary in size and shape; some buildings are split into two vendor spaces. Building details provided on request. If you require a space larger than 15’x15′, please describe your needs on the application.
Policies
Space is limited – vendors will be selected to ensure a wide variety of merchandise is available to patrons, and every vendor has the best chance for a successful weekend. Direct sales and other vendors that do not fit the event theme cannot be approved. Approved vendors will receive an email with setup details and an invoice will be sent through Square, payable with any major credit or debit card.
In the event that Pirates and Peasants is cancelled, vendor fees will be refunded in full. We are taking every step to make this a safe, fun weekend – we will only cancel if we judge that it is too unsafe to run a public event, or events beyond our control (force majeure), such as health department regulations or severe weather (tornado warning, severe flooding, etc) interfere. Once vendor fees are paid, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances except for the cancellation of the event.
No tables, chairs, or canopies are provided. Building rentals include power at no additional cost.
Vendors are required to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth at all times.
While we are doing everything in our power to create a safe environment, interacting with the public presents a greater risk than normal due to the presence of COVID-19. Neither the Bellevue Berry & Pumpkin Ranch, nor its partners, employees, or affiliates, are responsible for any illness resulting from your presence at Pirates and Peasants. If you are in a high-risk category for the virus, or have regular contact with anyone who is, we strongly urge you not to apply to vend, and not to attend the event.
